Our Spring Concert
We held our Spring Concert at Grappenhall and Thelwall Royal British Legion on Friday 27th March. The concert was completely sold out and the audience were sent home smiling and singing.
Sharing the bill with Post Haste, a local folk group, and the Men's Sheds Shanty singers, the evening was thoroughly enjoyed by all. We raised an unbelievable £1595 for Papyrus - prevention of young suicide.
Thelwall Christmas Fayre
Our very first performance was at the Thelwall Christmas Fayre on the afternoon of Saturday 29th November at Thelwall Parish Hall. We entertained our audience with Christmas songs and more. The performance was beyond our expectations, and we were instantly invited back for next year!
Cobbs Infant School Christmas Market
A group of us sang at Cobbs Infant School Christmas Market on Thursday 4th December. All the guests, staff, and children enjoyed our Christmas selection (and we had a great time too!)
Our Christmas concert
Our Christmas concert was simply amazing! We packed out the Parish Hall and treated the audience to a first half showcasing the songs we have worked on since September, followed by a second half of Christmas songs, many of which the audience joined in enthusiastically.
Through the tickets sales and a huge raffle, we raised an incredible £1150 for Music and Memory dementia support in Warrington.
This wonderful group of people have already set a high standard for the future.
